Organizations that have an active grants from the Foundation are invited to submit a new proposal six months before the expiry of their current grant so that a decision about a renewal can be made without interruption of funding. Please note that renewal of funding beyond the granting contract is never guaranteed. In its grant-making, the Foundation seeks to balance long-term support for core partners, funding for emerging organizations, and project-based support for collaborative initiatives.
Organizations may submit a new proposal twelve months after receiving a decline from the Foundation. We recognize that organizations and initiatives evolve over time, and that circumstances and alignment with the Foundation’s priorities may change.
